As you can see from the image, there are four components of value. Two of the components (on top), you will seek to increase. The other two (on the bottom), you will seek to decrease.Â
The top side of the equation is where most Construction Proâs focus their energy. It is easier and more common. But as time has gone on, I have realised that only the Peak Performers focus on the much harder and rarer bottom side of the equation.Â
GOAL: Make the outcome as immediate, seamless and effortless as possible and you will win the game of construction and become the most valuable person in your industry
The New Demand Curve
So once you become more valuable, you will naturally shift the demand curve. When you can shift the demand curve, your earning power increases. You can ask for a bigger salary. You can control your career.
In other words, to be considered the best in your industry, you donât need to be the best at any one thing. You need to be good at a variety of complementary and rare skills that your industry values and that your competitors lack.

I believe an individual has the power to do this. I truly do. When I look through history I have clear evidence of how much one person can contribute to society. I am always shocked by this. Think of Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Thomas Edison, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi. The list goes on and on.
GOAL: A few influence the many. Become this.
You might think I am crazy but in the world of Construction there are Proâs out there who are doing unbelievable work. They care so much. They love what they do. They are helping others to become amazing.
So..we want you to become so valuable so that you can solve more problems. What we are giving you is all the expertise on how to do this. You avoid the cost of errors that you will naturally make in your career and so this will allow you to get to your dream outcome effectively and efficiently.
And so in short, you skip the bad stuff and go straight to the good stuff more quickly and for less money than it would cost you to figure it out on your ownâŚa beautiful economic exchange.

I got really frustrated by 2 things: not knowing how to progress efficiently and not having any guidance (along the way) to show me what I needed to do next to progress my career.
Most people progress linearly. Whatever they put in, they get out. 1x Input = 2x Output
Most people progress unconsciously. On autopilot. They turn up reluctantly, do their work and look forward to leaving at 5pm.
Many have lost the sense of excitement for work. Their enthusiasm has vanished. They now chase simple and instant pleasures and shift the blame to others.
This hurts me. A lot. Why? Because I was one of those people.
I have seen way too many good people just accept their circumstances and not even think about what they should be doing next.
Something had to change. I want all my members to progress consciously. I want them to know what they did to get to where they are and what they need to do next. I want to factor luck out of it. When 10,000 people join Construction Pro, I want 10,000 of them to succeed. This is the only way.
